Since we began molding in 1983, Perry Machine & Die has become a leader in the field. We have remained current as formulations and production methods have evolved. We are able to use robotics to reduce the labor costs of handling many of the parts.
Our molding capabilities are both horizontal and vertical shuttle. Our 30 machines range from 30 ton clamping pressure with 2 ounces of material injection to 1600 ton clamping pressure and 220 ounces of material. We currently produce parts as large as 14" wide by 48" long.
We use our vacuum semi-truck and trailer to access an off-site railroad spur to fill 7 on-site silos with 492,000 lbs of material. This bulk purchasing of material results in cost savings that can be passed on to our customers.
Our plastics operation runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
We can provide secondary processes such as ultrasonic welding and hot stamping. We are a UL certified facility.
We have a fully equipped in-house toolroom. Our ability to build and maintain the molds that we run demonstrates our commitment to provide the support and expertise today's customer demands.
